HOW WE WORK

Your place. Your priorities. Our starting point.

Whether you arrive with a defined brief or an open question, we shape the creative ambition and practical scope together.

APPROACH A / CONFIGURE YOUR EXPERIENCE

A clear brief.
A tailored response.

Define your objectives, select your themes and experiences, then choose your configuration. ARTiSTORY develops a proposal with clear responsibilities, optional additions and an agreed delivery scope.

APPROACH B / PLAN WITH ARTiSTORY

A creative and
delivery partner.

Together, we review your site, visitors and goals, then test investment, scale and phasing. Our Asian sourcing network supports bespoke development, suitable solution sourcing, procurement and installation coordination within an agreed scope.

Planning scope, deliverables and fees are agreed in advance. Commercial scenarios support decisions, not guaranteed attendance, revenue or returns.

FROM FIRST CONVERSATION TO AGREED SCOPE

Five thoughtful steps.

01

Define the ambition

Set the priorities: a new visitor offer, evening visits, school programmes or themed retail.

02

Choose the story

Select a theme that serves your audience, venue and operating calendar.

03

Shape the experience

Choose activities, interpretation, languages and optional day or night layers.

04

Find the right scale

Agree installations, layout, finishes and selected technical options.

05

Confirm the scope

Set equipment, content, rights, costs, responsibilities and exclusions in the quotation.

A practical foundation.

Can we start with just one installation?

Yes. Choose one feature, a compact journey or a fuller experience. Quantities, footprints, layout, finishes and optional features are agreed for your venue.

What needs to be planned on site?

Foundations, anchoring, power, accessible routes, visitor separation, weather limits and maintenance access need site and technical review. For animal venues, light and sound are reviewed with your animal-care team.

What does a project quotation include?

Equipment, creative work, content, rights and agreed delivery costs are defined clearly. Local works, staffing, utilities, maintenance, storage and removal should be budgeted. Currency, taxes, duties, payment milestones, warranty, spare parts and support are confirmed for the scope.

Are day and night experiences always included?

No. Lighting, sound, interactive technology, learning resources and other programme layers are selected options, not automatic inclusions.

Can you help with a bespoke brief?

Yes. We can develop bespoke installations or source suitable solutions through our specialist network, with responsibilities and fees agreed in advance.
